Mainframe Remote Development (MRD)
MRD is a service provided by specialized consultants to work in mainframe projects such as COBOL,
JAVA, Assembler, Natural, Easytrieve, etc, with CICS, VSAM, DB2, IMS and others. The consultants are
chosen and approved by the Client and are available during all the Client"s working hours.
Mainframe Remote Support (MRS)
MRS covers technical support for:
z/OS Operational System; DB2, CICS, and some additional related environments from vendors like BMC
and CA.
The client defines the areas to be covered by the support and how much time will need per month. The
support will be provided using Zoom sessions, every time the Client needs it.
